Produced using the Flemish Red-inspired method, made with a variety of malts, lightly hopped. It is fermented using a mixed culture of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactobacillus, and aged for at least one year in French oak barrels from Bordeaux wine in wine cellar. Thin body, med carbo. Very high sourness, mix of mostly lacto, med-light rasp, light acetic. Elegant mix. Light sweetness beneath. Shitloads of natural feeling raspberry, lots really. A bit of slick vanillaish feeling, from the wood maybe? Overall great.
