Bottle at Courtyard. Awesome body, effervescence. World Class stuff. Mellow sour tones, not overboard. Great.

Duzo owocowosci, mila dzikosc, w uscie jest tez troche slodyczy i calkiem niemala goryczka. Brzmi banalnie ale wszystko strasznie fajna pale

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sour citrus aromas. Crisp with band aid and grapefruit upfront turning to fresh squeezed lemons before the lasting pith finish.

375 ml bottle purchased for $7.15 at Redstone Liquors, Andover. Deep cloudy, golden color with thin lasting foamy head. Aroma is overripe peaches, lemons, Brett and mild oak influence.

Flavor shows subtle brettanomyces throughout the sip with the "barnyard" or "musty basement" character. Also it shows a good amount of lemons and nectarine. Overall, Brett and oak are subtle in the finish with good citrus elements. Nothing is overdone. Nice drinking.

Sampled from bottle at deanso’s. Bottle courtesy of Maakun. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Sweet canned pineapple, very fruity, grassy, lemon, herbs, cobwebby, doughy yeast. Medium sweet, light to medium sour, medium bitter. Medium body, quite lively carbonation. Loaded with flavor, very fruity and a crisp dry edge. Nice.

Bottle shared. Hazy golden with big white head. Immediately after opening the room filled with massive Brett aroma. Lots of pineapple, light sweat, lemon, hay, funk, light sweet grains and herbs. Medium sour and bitter with some milky sweetness. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Good balance between Brett and hops. Nice one.
