0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 07/2015. yellow almost clear color (gets more murky down the bottom), medium big white head. smells of funk, citric, light barnyard, flowery, leathery, light wood, spices. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, quite a bit of funk, spices, bit pukeish, some yeast. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with citric and bit pukeish notes. good but also not overly special, bit simple, quite funky and not much else. expected a bit more.

Tap (Targowa, Wroclaw). Hazy golden colour, white-grey head with good lacing. There are citrus and wild notes in aroma, very intensive and even stable note is nice. To the notes from aroma add quite big sour note and there is the taste of this beer. Additional the beer is refreshing, very good drinkable with huge stable notes especially in aroma which is almost great.

Treated as a wild/sour ale, this was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy orange color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated practically immediately. Messy lacing roamed around the sides of the glass.
The aroma starts off with sweet to sour white grapes (nice level of vinous); sweet grass; bitter lemon rind; sticky sweet floral and then sour-ness. Tame funk.
The flavor is pretty much the same thing with a crisp sour to sweet citrus/(lemon) aftertaste and sticky finish. Added light dry woodiness in the flavor as well.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionable to sipping quality about it. Carbonation feels right for the style allowing enough palatable harshness coming from the sourness to hit appropriate on my tongue (crisp/movable).
Overall, well done wild/sour ale that I would come back to.

Tap into a snifter showing medium filtered brilliant yellow with sparse foam. The nose show sweet lemon, peach, mango, and a good mix of bretty funk. Medium intensity throughout, a nice clean nose. The palate is medium carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of moderately intense sweet lemon, peach, and mango with nice notes of brett funk and dried apricot in between. Slowly matures into a sharp hoppy bitterness but it appears more like a pungent citrus zest. The whole beer is well down to the bitterness and still fruit forward without being unharmonious.

This is very nicely done. Light bubblegum and basement musk with some citrus. Pours golden with great head and lacing. More like a saison than a sour really. Light tangy finish. Very drinkable. Tap at The Sovereign.
