Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, sour, funk, sherbet. Taste is sour, more lemon and brett funk. Thin finish.

Enjoyed on tap at Crooked Stave Taproom in Denver, CO while on vacation. Appearance is a dark gold with a moderate white head. Aroma isn't too apparent, light hop profile and light funk. Taste is mighty fine, hopiness shines through in the flavor and the tart factor is subdued but apparent. This is a good one for sure!

On tap at the Source. Crystal clear copper color with a lovely dry hopped aroma, yum. Medium bodied, chalky ascerbic tartness that then gives you a bright orange citrus hop bites which makes for a tasty beer.

Batch #4 sampled from bottle at CBF Wien.
Golden-amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Really fresh aroma of Brett, wood, citrus, grapefruit, lemongrass, mint, green apples, barnyard.
Taste is even better, also very fresh, with the same aromas and some more pears and candy.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes fresh, Bretty, sour, citric, wooden, fruity, with some pears and apples.
Amazing! Perfectly balanced, drinks so fresh, with just the right amount of sourness. Lovely combination of Brett, barrel notes, loads of crisp fresh hops and various fruits. Among my favourite sour ales I’ve had so far, just how I want a hoppy Brett ale, I could drink this all day long.

Bottle from Firma Bier @ Benzai, medium sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, bit pineapple, gooseberry, slight funky, bit wheat. Soft fruity sourness in taste, pineapple, mango, bit funky. Quite dry, but the fruitiness makes it very pleasant. Very nicely balanced. Wonderful beer.

Bottle @ home shared by Caesar. Hazy yellow to light orange color, medium sized white head. Aroma is a really nice tropical fruit sweetness on top of a bretty aroma. Nice. Taste is sour mixed nicely with tropical fruit like sweetness, pineapple peach and passion fruit come to mind alongside slight floral hints. Very balanced, medium body, a bit high carbonated. Lovely.

clear yellow, gigantic white smooth head. aroma is super grassy and herbal hoppy, also with loads of brett, it doesn’t sound appetizing, but in fact it is brutally nice in ts own special way. under the herbal hopping you find the finest layers of sour and malts.. one of the most complex sour ale aromas i’ve had for a while. Taste is sour, quite dry bitter hoppy like a lambic, not hops in your face, but a layer of hop notes in there. both sour and a little bit of brett, and notes of tea, green leaves. well blended together and comes off as smooth sour with some interesting nuances.

Draft pour at The Sovereign. Poured a very cloudy yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was light and airy. It began with a mild hop character and finished with a very pleasant tart character. Very quite nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart spicy citrus, ginger, and bretty notes of light wood. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart musty citrusy notes, light wood and funky bretty notes, as well as notes of grass. Lingering tart finish.
