Bottle from Whole Foods Bowery, 1/9/16. Wow, that Bryant catch was insane. Hazy yellowish color with a white head and lots of lace. Aroma is citrus rind and brett funk. The flavor is very citric. Funky and a little bitter too. Lively carbonation and a very dry finish on the mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a fizzy head that dies to a film and laces a bit on the sides of the glass. Aromas are funky, sour and a little grassy/spicy. Kind of horse blanket/lemongrass/coriander. Flavor is a delicious hit of horse blanket and lemon up front that then goes more lemon peel and lemongrass in the finish. Very nice, but maybe not quite enough pucker in the late finish for me.

Bottle, 0.375l, shared with Hoppiness crew. Pours cloudy pale golden color with thick white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma is citric, herbal, hoppy and funky. Taste starts light sweet and sour citric and grainy, follows funky and by tart apples with dry mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Top class refresher...

Hazy light amber, thin head. Big dry hop nose - Amarillo maybe? Super appetizing. Tart, with a light bitterness and pleasurable balancing sweetness. The dry hops still show through. I’m a sucker for this type if beer, but that’s only because it is awesome.
