We brewed this double IPA with so many thiol-releasing compounds, it tastes more like a tropical air raid. Mosaic and cryo-nectaron provide aroma's of extreme over-ripe mango, guava and topnotes dank/skunky pine trees.
Probably the most thiol-rich DIPA produced in Belgium right now. Challenge us !

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
White head soon reduced to rim. Fully hazy pineapplejuice-like beer. Asafoetida, hopoils/resins. Citruspeel, unripe exotic fruit (the thiols?). Light bitterness, again quite fruity, citrus(peel) in particular. Finish, however, tends to sweet lemon fruitcandies. Very slick-oily, good carbonation. At least medium bodied, and some working of the oats. Very good NEIPA.
