Our Hei Solskinn IPA is made with pilsner and wheat malt with added oats for body. Double dry hopped with citra, lemon drop and cashmere. For this special version of our Hello Sunshine IPA (note: Hei Solskinn is Norwegian for Hello Sunshine), we used Kviek yeast, a yeast strain from Norway that has been reused for multiple generations in traditional Norwegian farmhouse brewing. You’ll get a drop of sunshine in every sip!
