Plum - Raisin - Strong • Belgian monks knew how to fare the cold. We brewed up this Abbey-style Quad for the winter months and tossed in some spices for good measure. This dark ale has notes of raisins, toffee, plum, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. Clocking in at 10.2% ABV you won't need a crackling fire to keep you warm, but it wouldn't hurt either.
