Get excited people -- Oozlefinch is now packaging our beautiful barrel aged sours in CANS! Our first offering, Forgotten Attractions, is a blend of sour golden ales aged in Virginia red and white wine barrels with our house bacteria culture, three Belgian yeast strains, and a whole mess of Brett. After mixed fermentation in the barrel, the beer was blended in steel with apricot and refermented with over 10 lbs of orange blossom honey per barrel. The result is a delightfully dry ale with approachable acidity and a delicious stonefruit character.
