Cinematic Moments is another unique barrel aged sour, blended from the barrels of our gold medal Virginia-winner for American Wild Ale! This saison base rested in the barrels with Brett and our house sour culture for over 7 months before being conditioned on sumac, a tart lemony Middle Eastern spice, and mango amchur, a citrusy Indian seasoning made from dried unripe green mangoes. The result is a complex tart and citrusy ale with hints of earthiness and a dry finish. One of our strangest and most delicious barrel aged sours yet, you won't want to miss the moment!
