We brewed this Double NEIPA with Galaxy, Mosaic Incognito & a newer German variety, Hallertau Blanc hops. Sweet and floral on the nose. Hallertau Blanc hops are known for their distinct white wine character, blending perfectly here with plentiful notes of passionfruit, peach, berry and vanilla.
