Our latest hoppy beer aims to take on a classic west coast profile encased within some of the more modern IPA characteristics.

Mashed in with a moderate portion of malted rye for depth, fermented with our absolute favorite UK pub ale strain to contribute its gorgeous ester profile and the dryness we seek, this beer stays firmly in its lane of drinkability.

Hopped generously with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo for what now could be called, in the parlance of our times, a classic IPA profile, we taste impressions of citrus orange oil, grapefruit rind, mango like brightness with an adequate level of IBU for cleansing bitterness.
