Side projects in brewing require patience, and for 4 months, we have been just that in anticipation of this Cellared Selection. Allowing our farmhouse yeast ample time to quietly finish fermenting the Argentinian Torrontés and Muscat white wine grapes we added to our imperial farmhouse ale base. The blend of these two grape varietals compliment and enrich the base beer, contributing aromas of light citrus, tropical and stone fruits, floral notes, and a pleasant acidity. Further aging on virgin French Oak lends a well-rounded mouthfeel and a dry, lingering finish to this intoxicating farmhouse ale worth waiting for.
