Can from Wine Warehouse. Pours dark brown with an inch of tan head. Smells of coffee, slight nuttiness, and cream. Taste is creamy coffee, caramel, light ash. Unfortunately a bit bland.

This beer pours a dark brown color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and slight hops. Medium body with flavors of roast coffee, charred malt and earthy hops. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Awesome name and a decent beer.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Ariel. Dark brown to black with a pretty big beige head. Aroma of iced coffee with milk and an olives note. Sweetish flavor, with roast, coffee with milk, and mild sourness. Medium-bodied. Pretty easy-drinking.

Draft at Churchkey. Opaque clear brown color, tan edge head. Yoou’ll never guess what the aroma is like. OK, yes, you’re right. Taste is more beer than coffee, with brownies dipped in you-know-what.
