Just like the cake but with more of a sour tang! This beer uses Bairds new 2.0 "sassy" as the base malt, which is a "big, bold barley variety and gives this sour a nice mouthfeel. We added caramelized pineapple puree, cherry puree, yellow cake flavoring as well as brown sugar flavoring to mimic the cake as much as possible. It'll be a little lower on the abv scale clocking in at just aroun 4% but the flavors are going to make you feel like it's your birthday!
