This Strawberry Funnel Cake Shandy has been a long time rolling. And looping. And funnel caking. There are gallons of real strawberries and vanilla in this light and delicate summer Drechderkuche brew.

Can for 2.5$ at JR's, strange find! Pour is slight hazy on pale. Nice head fades to pond velvet. Nose is sweet, maybe a slight odor of sweet strawberry perfume. Whew, this is not a shandy, its more like a fruit beer or flavored wheat ale. Yes, some fruit with, just maybe, some vanilla, not sher. Now in the middle, I'm getting a little used to this and its going down a little easier. Hides it's 6+% rather well. Some creaminess coming thru with the vanilla. Quite unique with a good level of carbonation makes this more acceptable and adds to the creamy effects. Towards the finish, I'm strangely attracted to its peculiarity and distinctness. Initially I thought I was getting some wheat ale bitterness but that seemed to fade in the end.
