Sampled on draft at the Chadds Ford location this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy off-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart and citric with a bit of pine. The flavor was bitter and sourish with a bit of caramel, pine, citrus and a touch of perfume. Medium length pine and citrus finish. Medium body. Ok.
