Draught @ Fermentoren. Aroma has soapy citrus and hints of biscuits. Flavour has soapy citrus, some grassy hops, biscuits and mild spicy tones. Also some tropical fruits. Finishes with some menthol. Milky notes occur at the middle of the glass. Somewhat refreshing. Saison meets witbier.

Draft at Fermentoren. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, banana, citrus, wheat. Flavor is light to light moderate sweet and bitter. Over light bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Fermentoren. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with nice spicy saison character. Dry, spicy, hoppy flavour. Really spot on modern saison!

Tap @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 010515
