Keg at Taphouse, CPK, 01/05/15. Pale yellow topped with moderate off white spotting. Nose is straw, lemon rind, juicy citric strokes, melon, light spice, tangerine. Taste comprises earthy notes, straw, melon, tropciana peel, citric pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy saison - good crushing jus.

Draught at KØ15. Citric and mildly funky aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable rocky white head. The flavour is citric, lemon peel. Not very funky. Tastes more of wit to me.

Draught, KØ15. Pours cloudy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus, hops and yeast. Citric flavour with hoppy notes and malty and estery touches. Cautious, salty notes. Low carbonation. Acceptable but not much above the average.

[5/3/15] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Cloudy pale yellow. Nice zesty citric aroma. Dry flavor with a tart hint, with zesty citrus. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral hoppy, some nice lemony notes, hay, straw, yeasty, light spice nice thirst quencher. Decent.

Taphouse, Copenhagen. Keg. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry floralness over pale malt. Light pineapple and mild orange. Trace of spice. Dry finish. Not bad.

Small glass on tap at Fermentoren. Creamy white head blanketing the glass. Pale golden body. Modest aroma of pineapple and wheat. Fresh fruity taste of pineapple, grapefruit, and mild spices. Prolonged ending. A tasty and refreshing saison (Copenhagen 03.05.2015).

Draught @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, hay, flowers, little citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, hay, flowers, little citrus. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 010515

Draught @ Fermentoren , Copenhagen

Pours hazy yellowish with a small head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty lemon, citrus, grapefruit and spices. Taste is juicy, citrusy and slightly tartish with some lemon, grapefruit and hints of spices. Finish is crisp, juicy and slightly tart with loads of citrus, lemon and grapefruit. Refreshing.
