Infine (finally, in Italian) is an incredibly clean and refreshing Italian Pilsner. Made with pilsner malt, wheat and then bittered with noble Hallertau Mittelfruh hops to provide a style-appropriate amount of assertive bitterness and a crisp finish. For an added twist, a delicate dry hop with Hallertau Blanc lends wine-like characterics of white grape, gooseberry, lemongrass and a hint of grassiness.
