We’ve plonked for a bitter and sappy westy at a chuggable strength. This beer is hopped with Columbus primarily, plus Mosaic and Simcoe. All out American goodness. The real aim is to brew something that has the flavour and bitterness punch of a 7+% beer without all the booze. Getting closer we think!
