At the source: pours blonde with a white head. Aroma is grassy and bready. Taste is somewhat bitter with a nice hoppy aftertaste. Simple but gets the job done.

Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of light straw. Taste is bitter peppery straw.

Draft in sampler glass. Clear yellow thin-bodied lightly carbonated beer. Harsher bitter hops flavor than I would expect in a blonde ale. Brief, bitter finish.
