Dry Hopped Saison Forte
Perfect Endlessness started out as a base of pilsner, with large portions of wheat and oats. After a generous addition of Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool, it was sent into puncheons where it then fermented with our favorite strain of our house mixed culture. After 10 months of conditioning, the barrels were blended back together and it was moved back into stainless where it got a generous dry hop of fresh kilned Amarillo, along with T90 Citra and Mosaic. This beer is a sneaker. Super smooth, with tons of unique tropical and stone fruit throughout the aroma and flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of floral dry-hopping, rustic saison yeast, a touch of booze, and some citrus peel. Flavour is citrusy and tangy, with plenty of floral, citrusy dry-hopping, citrus peel, and a nice rustic saison yeast. Quite tart and citric, but tastefully so. The higher ABV is felt but it’s integrated. Very good.
