On tap at Puddlers. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is rye bread, chicory, heavy resin, and chamomile. Dry and earthy, with a hard, astringent bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and a bit acidic. A little rough.

16oz can. Filtered looking orange-tan. Respectable head. Harsh, unimpressive aroma. Kind of tastes like they left out half of the specialty malts and burnt some old hops. Not an impressive offering. I have very little interest in visiting the brewery after consuming a few of their lackluster cans. Oily, piny..not in a good way. Not a drainpour, but teetering on the edge. Would never purchase again...that's the old rate. Had it again on tap. Perfect body, doesn't seem like the same beer I rated years back. Great balance. Right on the fuller side of medium bodied. I wouldn't call it world Class by any means, but enjoyable.
