New Zealand IPA w/ Riwaka, Nelson and Bract 106 hops
We love southern hemisphere hops around here. The aroma and flavors you can get from them are so unique and delicious. We loaded this thing up with 2 of our favorites, Riwaka and Nelson, along with heaps of a new experimental hop currently named Bract 106. We get tons of kiwi, tropical citrus, and dank candied pineapple. It’s bright and refreshing and full of flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear copper golden with a medium white head. Aroma is dominated by the Riwaka, with a super piney, white wine- and gooseberry-dominated hop tanginess, with a thin, crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, with huge piney hops, tons of white wine hop tang, light citrus, and a dry biscuity malt backbone. Piney, vinous, tangy, dry finish. Wonderful NZ hop expression, with that Riwaka especially shining.
