Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 4.5
Cloudy deep amber with a huge ivory-coloured head of good retention. Light gushing. Toasted malt, caramel, black bread, floral hop, some citrus, dried apples & pears. Esters tending to light phenols as the beer gets warmer. OK (almost).
