"Croustillant" is the word for "Crisp" in French - our inspiration for this French-style Pilsner. Brewed with imported French Jehanne D'Arc Pilsen malt and a touch of flaked maize, hopped with French varieties Mistral and Barbe Rouge - and lagered with a yeast from the Alsace region. Soft on the palate - yet finishes clean and crisp

16oz can. Most breweries who would even think of attempting a French Pils would nail it. This is still fully drinkable, just doesn't nail it at all. Aroma is a little off. Flavor is a little fruity for the style. minimal bitterness, crispness. Not a great example of the style.
