Tenebrae es nuestra primera Imperial Stout de esta línea, una auténtica criatura de la oscuridad y las tinieblas. Su densidad y carácter melaza vienen de un macerado iterativo salvaje: 80 kg de malta por hectolitro. Una barbaridad. En boca, notas que recuerdan a barrica tostada gracias a los taninos de madera de roble francés. Compleja, cálida y perfecta para beber junto al fuego.

From keg at Etko Brewing, Kerava, Finland.
Poured pitch black in color, not much head. Oily looks, soft and gently mouthfeel.
Fairly sweet with milk chocolate up front. Roasted malts in the back. On the sweeter side. Woody/oaky notes as well. Smooth, hides abv, but sweeter than I expected and hoped for.
