Note: Previously also known as Sarajevsko Premium HS, but that was only noted on the cap. There wass also a "Premium" at 11.2P that was sold in 33cl, but 33cl bottles are this version now.

0,5l bottle. Pours clear golden with nice frothy white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is strong malt and grain with plenty sweetness and some herbal hop notes. Taste is mostly malt with rather unpleasant citrus bitterness. Carbonation is lively, aftertaste is slightly metallic with quite long lasting bitterness. I had this beer a couple of years ago and it was better then...

Süßlich bitterer Antrunk, süffig, etwas herb. Hopfige Noten sind nicht vorhanden, die Bitterkeit steigt. Knackig bitterer, etwas pappiger Nachhall. 10/8/9/8/8/9

0.5 bottle at 10 v pol, Tu? planet, Koper, Slovenia. Light golden yellow with frothy medium white head. Aroma of chicken soup, grain, hay and metal. Taste is sweet, metallic with cereal notes, not as bland as the other macro lagers in the region, perhaps. Some bitterness in the finish, but metallic aftertaste ruins it. Had worse.

Bottle (useful note about the HS on the swingtop, thanks). Gold with a white head that fades. Grainy with mild spices, just a hint of butter. Sweet and smooth, grainy and grassy with gentle but defined peppery bitterness. Pleasant enough - decent finish always helps.

Big fliptop bottle from the source. Bright golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of white pepper. Taste is the smoothest of the bunch, but also the plainest, with just a bit of peppery bitterness at the finish.

Bottle from a local store in Sarajevo. Almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, light fruit and some cardboard. Thin and boring.

Bottle, 500 ml from Konzum, Zagreb. Price, bottle and name made me think this was something special. Was very disappointed when I realized this was another pale thin bodied lager. But the price was premium.

Bottled at Pivnica HS, Sarajevo. Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity cardboard aroma. Sweetish with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Faint grass, surprisingly much cardboard for a brewery fresh beer, notes of dough. Fairly low bitterness.

Medium gold colour. The aroma has a saazy accent and some pale malts. Clean palate. Still fairly low bitterness but some saaz accents and again this is quite malty. A decent Bohemian-style beer that would benefit from a little more bitterness.
