Seabuckthorn bursts forward on the nose, sharp and wild, met with whispers of oak. The palate is strikingly tart, crisp yet clean, with bright fruit, subtle barrel, and a fleeting touch of herbal bitterness.

Intensely sour, tart and slightly funky with loads of sea buckthorn, hints of oaky notes, gooseberries and farmyardy yeastiness. Pretty intense and sour, borderline too acidic.
