Extremely sessionable, perfect for those long days and nights during the festive period. Led by Simcoe and it's piney, resinous character but balanced out perfectly by Citra, Mosaic and Sabro which provide plenty of citrus and tropical fruit.

Hazy gold with a frothy / bubbly white head and a juicy fruit aroma. Soft and just a touch fizzy, fruity and hoppy with a mellow bittersweet finish.
