Solo IPA takes its name from the addictive hoppiness that characterizes an India pale ale. Psaki in the cretan dialect means something extremely bitter.

Draft at Crop, Heraklion, Greece. Pours hazy, loaded gold (I believe, light is not good), with moderate white foam. Aroma is a mix of citrus and tropical fruits. Nice. Body is pretty dense (like an imperial IPA) with moderate carbonation. Taste is definitely bitter, with good intensity, though with a nice entering sweetness. Finish is long and aromatic.

Bottle from Silvester, thanks pal! Nice aromatic good looking IPA. Hazy copper topped by white head. Aroma is somewhat malty. Tastes bitter and hoppy just as promised. Lovely.

An orange beer, a head is blond and very big. Aroma has tropical fruitness and citrus, also caramel. Taste has fruitness, some caramel malts, herbs, nicely strong bitterness. Medium bodied, too high carbonation. Too old bottle. The great level of bitterness.

cloudy yellow, offwhite head. pine, grapefruit, sweet malts in the fairly bitter hoppy aroma. flavor is flowery hoppy, piney hoppy, grapefruity (with sugar) hoppy, faint malty, quite dry, good balancing dry malty body for the lots of hops in here, i find this a more balanced brew than their imperial ipa. This is a very good, and very quenching ipa. well done.

400ml draught, outdoor at Bricks, Rethymnon. An off-white head reduced to a patchy layer. Lacing rings down the glass. Next to clear apricot coloured body. Inviting aroma of resinous hops. Succulent taste of oranges and bitter orange peels. Resinous bitterness to a lingering finish. Well bodied. Much appreciated. Good, refreshing, drinking under the Cretan sun (11.06.2017).

Thank you geokkjer for this bottle - Hazy dark golden with off white head - nice hop aroma with some herbal notes - Malt body with a good herbal, fruity and some pines with a good bitterness - The hop flavours goes into the finsihs with a nice bitterness - This was good

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Minimally waxy, slightly fruity, rudimentary piney, hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly waxy, unspecific fruity; lasting bitter finish.

[ As Σόλο (Solo) Psaki ].Hazy - murky medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, zesty, grapefruit, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Hazy orange color, good off-white head and some lace. Riped fruits and dry yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied, crisp carbonation. Piney, citrusy, mango hoppy flavor. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Aroma is not much to talk about but flavor is solid with nice fruity-piney hoppyness.
