Old world Belgium has a long tradition of brewing wild ales with seasonally available fruit. Inspired by the Apricot Wild Ales of old world Belgium, our Saison Du Apricots is our interpretation of this iconic style of wild ale. For this brew, we also incorporated some complementary character from some beautifully fresh, red-fleshed cara oranges.
