GrizzlyBeer? Our furry homage to Inglewood's creations. A Hoppy Vienna that growls sweetly with its 6% ABV and its well-placed 33 IBUs. Imagine a grizzly bear that swapped salmon for hops – temperamental but tasty, as they say.
Its coppery coat hides a smooth maltiness that envelops your palate like a bear hug (but softer). The Viennese malts bring the caramelized roundness typical of the style, while the hops awaken the beast with refreshing, slightly foresty notes. Like a walk in the forest after the rain.
This is our take on North American creations, but with a Swiss-French twist that means we never take ourselves too seriously. An omnivorous beer that appeals to malt lovers and hop hunters alike. The perfect balance between quiet strength and wild energy.

As usual, it is a delicious beer, a perfect union between an IPA and a Vienna amber, generous hop, bready, dry with a touch of toffee, 15.02.18, purchased at the grain d'orges Crissier, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.
