Bottle shared for my birthday. Cork pops out with massive force! Big fluffy short lasting head, hazy dark golden. Sweet and sour apple, deep farmyard funk, apricot, fresh cut oak, nectarine. Medium sweet, less sour, very light bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry. Lovely.
