Jack Knife is a smooth, malt-forward Czech Dark Lager. We brewed this beer with Czech floor-malted barley and Czech Saaz then cold-conditioned it for eight weeks. It's a really beautiful beer with notes of toasted bread, cocoa, and a hint of caramel, balanced by a gentle Saaz bitterness.
