Taste is moderately bitter, fruity and slightly grassy hoppy, wheaty and oaty malty basis without residual sweetness, unspecific fruitiness with aspects of yellow stone fruit, green fruit, unripe peach, nectarine, white grapes, minimally yeasty spicy overtones with an onion touch.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
