New England IPA series where each batch or “Revision” we use different Michigan hops and malt. This batch, V3, was brewed with Cashmere and Vista Hops from Top Hop Farms in Goodrich, MI + Superior Pilsner, Malted Oats, and White Wheat from Great Lakes Malting Co. in Traverse City, MI.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy orange gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Peach, lime and papaya on the nose. Palate is very similar with a smooth, soft mouthfeel. Tropical fruit and peach on the finish. Low perceived bitterness. Nice stuff.
