Auf der Suche nach Inspiration zog der Löwe um die Welt! In diesem Fall war es unser Teammitglied Timo, der uns während seiner Aufenthalte in Südostasien auf die seltene Zitrusfrucht Kalamansi aufmerksam machte. Kombiniert mit der belebenden Säure eines Sours, entfaltet sich ihr einzigartiger Charakter und vereint Noten von Limette, Mandarine und feiner Bitterkeit zu einem erfrischenden Zusammenspiel, das an sonnige Märkte und warme Meeresbrisen erinnert.

Erhöhte, unangenehme Karbonisierung. Feine Säure, Zitrus, Limette, spritzig. Die grobe Karbonisierung stört weiterhin, mild bitter, mittellanger Abgang. Hat Potential, braucht aber auch noch Feinschliff. 9/7/6/7/9/7

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear pale golden, small head. Lemony, citric nose. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Piney lemon. Citric tartness. Low bitterness.

Thanks fonefan! Pale yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is tart citrusy tones with some mild nutmeg and almonds to it. Flavour is tart citrus, some wood, herbs, earth and mild lemongrassy elements. Interesting and refreshing. Nicely dry palate afterwards makes you want one more sip.
