This American Style Wheat beer is brewed to be creamy and spiced to perfection with orange peel, coriander, lime peel and tangerine peel. This unfiltered wheat is nicely spiced in the Belgian tradition with a smooth finish.

Rubber, grass, bready, strong spinach aroma. Hazy golden, thin head, good lacing. Spinach raw, bread crust. Light body. Weird and actually refreshing and enjoyable, but not at all resembling a German hefeweizen.

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pale yellow color. Aroma of straw bubblegum. Taste is slightly sour citrus, straw, hay.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat and clove. The taste is wheat, citrus, strong clove and mild stone fruits. Thin-medium bodied, high carbonation, lingering spice.
