Bottle at Black Heath, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out subtle botanicals, with the honey pretty washed out. Flavour is fairly dry and spicy, with subtle botanicals, oak barrels and dry yeast. There's a touch of honey character, but the residual sweetness seems low. Interesting.
