Arcana is a single decoction Czech-style lager brewed in collaboration with our dear friend Vasili from Wunderkammerbier in Elmore, Vermont. To our knowledge, this was the first ever decoction lager brewed on the Twelve Percent system!
It features a blend of Bohemian floor-malted barley, a blend of our favorite European malts, Czech Saaz hops, yeast, soft water, and time. The result is a delightful sensory experience with a gentle balance of sturdy maltiness and the zip of Saaz hops.

Can at home while working late night boo. Dark pour and a finger of beige head. Nose is bready and some spicy notes. Tastes of pumpernickel, pepper, earth, minerals, some coke. Medium bodied creamy texture

Can to dimpled mug.
Appearance: dark brown close to black colored body, finger's worth of off-white foamy head
Aroma: dark bread, subtle yeasty earthiness, sweet ash/char
Flavor: semi-sweet with smooth dark bready toastiness, mild roast
Texture: light to medium bodied, smooth and easy drinking
Overall: a well worthy of returning to dark lager
