Bottle at the Charlottesville Tasting shared by maniac, thanks! Hazy lemonade yellow. Aromas of lemons, oranges, light herbs. Tastes of tart lemons, lemonade. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Low carbonation. Delicious mead.

Bottle shared my maniac et. al. at the CVille Foxy Knoxy tasting. Hazy pale straw yellow. Aroma of ginger, citrus, honey. The taste is tart lemon, honey, ginger in the finish. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

Nectarine and lime nose. Milky pale yellow, floaties. Tart pear initially, tangy nectarine, ginger finish. Light body, tart. Very similar to kombucha, but less mead-like.

Draft at Brookland Pint. Poured a wonderful, strange neon yellow-green color. If anyone remembers the old Ghostbusters themed Hi-C, Ecto-Cooler, this is about the same color as that. Aroma was lots of juicy nectarines, light ginger heat. No alcohol notes to speak of. This was delicious. I mean, dangerously delicious. After having the 4oz size, I ordered a full glass of it to drink alongside my dessert.
