Reviewed from old notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi- dark brown color with a slim quarter finger white head. Bar pour didn’t yield much performance for the head or lacing, I’m not worried.
The smell made up for it by allowing a nice nutty roasted malt with light milk chocolate and dark chocolate to balance it in a nice way.
The taste was roasty and sweet, light nutty.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium making a fairly a nice sessionable quality to it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good brown ale to have again.
