Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass at the brewery.
The appearance was a super hazy white to yellow color with a bar pour’s kind of slim head. Barely any lacing stuck from a lacking head.
The smell had a slight coriander spice with a grainy/wheatiness over some citrus.
The taste was a combination of spice and sweet from the orange to the coriander. A nice light refreshing kick of wheat punches my taste buds.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed good for the style and for me. A nice sticking sweet spice rolled over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a good witbier, glad to have found my notes on it and definitely worthy of having again.
