Last night (Feb 8th, 2015) at Hangar on the wharf. I had this on tap.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a bar pourβs kind of slim white head that barely left any lacing after what head there was dissipated at a nice pace. It had a semi-dark brown colored body.
The smell had a slight cooked chocolate with a decent breadiness to it.
The taste was pretty much the same. There was no aftertaste but a quick dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a decent sipping quality to it.
Overall, it was a decent Belgian ale that I might have again.
