Draft at the source. Clear deep maroon color, beige head. Aroma of vanilla, cocoa, coffee, light pepper. Taste has sweetish vanilla coffee grounds with peppery heat at the finish. Tasty.

Keg at the brewery. Dark brown. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, hints of pepper. The taste is chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate, mild peppers. Medium bodied, well balanced.
