On tap at Bobcat Cafe.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a thin layer of white foamy head that dissipated immediately. Spider web lacing sticks around the glass.
The smell started off with sweet fruity esters laying upon sweet to bitter comfortable caramel / toffee malts.
The taste was malty sweet returning the sweet fruity esters in the front of the taste. Dry malty aftertaste. Smooth dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light. Smooth pleasurable malts slide along my tongue. Decent bitter feel.
Overall, this was a pretty good ESB I think I could come back to.
