Growlette from Winooski Beverage.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a murky yet transparent golden orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than several seconds. One ring of mild spider web lacing. Some trickling lace below.
The aroma starts with some crisp bright mango, light pineapple, and then some grassy hops. Malts are extremely light.
The flavor lends a hand to the bitter side of crisp bright grassy sweet to mango sweetness. Quick semi-smooth bittersweet aftertaste sliding into a quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fantastic sessionability about it. Carbonation rides light with a nice burst of bitterness hitting my tongue.
Overall, as a blonde ale, this is going to turn some heads. Itโs happier than expected, to me, I donโt mind. But normal blonde ale fans might not be a fan of.
