This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-unfiltered looking hazy burnt yellow color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head. Quick dissipation. Messy stringy lacing.
The aroma had some bready/yeasty sweetness popping some light citrus pulpy sweetness. Light amount of black pepper.
The flavor leans to the bready sweetness and seems to get even more bready sweet in the taste. The aftertaste leans to the sweet bready portion and in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Very sweetly smooth. Low carbonation. Semi-sticky but not cloying.
Overall, alright witbier, if anything, crushable on a hot day.
